Mr. Grandy leverages his extensive senior executive and board level contacts established at Korn/Ferry and during a 23-year career as an investment banker to successfully fulfill clients’ senior-most leadership needs.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Grandy was based in Toronto and served as the Global Managing Director for the Firm’s entire Financial Market, and was responsible for the Canadian Board Services team.

Before joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Grandy served in a number of successive leadership positions including chairman, deputy chairman and chairman, corporate and institutional client group of Merrill Lynch Canada Inc.

He began his career with Wood Gundy Limited. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and Mensa and has served as chairman of the ShareLife Corporate Appeal, on the executive committee of the Investment Dealers Association and on the board of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.
Mr. Grandy earned a master’s of business administration degree from Harvard University and received his bachelor’s of law degree from the University of Toronto.
