Mr. Binvel has been a key member in driving and developing Korn/Ferry’s integrated solutions approach with clients. He has worked across EMEA and internationally, and is also an active member of the Firm’s Human Resources Center of Expertise for EMEA.

Since 2001, Mr. Binvel has managed executive search engagements in all functional areas and has also closely worked with private equity funds to help them identify CEOs.

Mr. Binvel has served on Korn/Ferry’s Global Promotions Committee and Global Partnership Council for a number of years.

Previously, he led the Automotive Sector within Korn/Ferry’s Industrial Market.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Binvel gained substantial professional experience within human resources management, organizational and executive development.

During his career, Mr. Binvel has served on the supervisory boards of different corporations.

He holds a post-graduate degree in human resources management and a degree in economics.
