Mr. Eldridge provides organizations a full suite of talent management solutions including executive recruitment, succession planning, organizational design and talent consulting to public and private companies and select higher education/not-for-profits. For executives, he provides a variety of career management services.

Mr. Eldridge's entire career has been invested in professional services, spanning two decades in public accounting and since 1996 in talent management. His leadership has been instrumental in developing Korn Ferry's Financial Officers Practice, which he led for seven years. He has served on the Firm's North America Operating Council and Global Partnership Council.

Mr. Eldridge has authored and co-authored numerous thought leadership publications, including License to Lead: Seven Personal Attributes That Maximize the Impact of the Most Successful Chief Audit Executives (2010), Building on the past: A New Approach to Higher Education Finance (2010), The Nascent Chief Audit Executive (2005), Executive Women in Finance (2006), and Navigating the Uncertain Road from Controller to CFO (2007). He frequently presents on a variety of talent management topics related to finance and accounting.

Prior to providing talent management services, Mr. Eldridge served as an Ernst & Young partner. In that role, he operated as the engagement partner for a global roster of clients, including The Coca-Cola Company, McDonald's and American Express, while based in Russia. Mr. Eldridge served Ernst & Young in several human resources capacities, including his role as the firm's national director of recruiting and university relations.

Mr. Eldridge is a certified public accountant and a member of both the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He is active in the University of Florida School of Business Advisory Council. Mr. Eldridge holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Florida and certificates from Northwestern University and Duke University's executive education programs.
