With over 20 years of experience in executive search, Mr. Franzino has successfully completed numerous senior-level searches for a wide range of clients in financial services, including the president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, vice chair of KeyCorp, president of global retail brokerage at Morgan Stanley, the vice chairman of investment banking at JP Morgan, the chief executive officer of Mellon Financial Corporation, the chief executive officer of BNY Mellon asset management, the chief executive officer of Associated Banc-Corp, and the chief executive officer of E*Trade. Mr. Franzino is a member of the firm's global operating committee.
Mr. Franzino previously served as chairman, global markets and as a member of the executive committee at another global executive search firm. There, he was also responsible for leading the global financial services practice as well as overseeing all of the industry and functional areas of expertise.
Mr. Franzino has frequently been published in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and the Financial Times, and has been broadcast on Bloomberg Radio. He is currently on the board of directors of the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons.
Mr. Franzino earned a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. After graduation, he served five years as an Infantry Officer with the First Infantry Division.
