Senior Client Partner
Mr. Flay joined the Firm in January 2001, after an international career spanning more than twenty years in senior human resource management positions across several industry sectors.
Throughout his career, Mr. Flay has regularly advised senior management teams and Boards from a strategic and operational perspective on a wide range of human resource issues, including: executive reward compensation, employment contracts, change management, employee relations, management development, succession planning and talent acquisition and retention.
Mr. Flay has also built long term strategic relationships with a wide range of organisations in the industrial services, property and construction, engineering, capital equipment, infrastructure and transport and logistics sectors.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Flay worked for several years in the U.K. at the management education centre of a global multinational company and he worked widely across Asia Pacific.
He holds an Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Sydney and post-graduate qualifications from the University of Technology in Sydney. He has subsequently completed the General Management Programme at Henley Management College in the U.K. and the Strategic Human Resources Programme at the University of Michigan Business School.
