Afolabi Sonaike is a Senior Principal for Korn Ferry Hay Group, based in the firm’s London office.
Mr. Sonaike has designed and facilitated executive and leadership development programs. He has Implemented operating model organizational change initiatives, contributing to developing the right organizational capability, culture, and behaviors to deliver strategic ambitions.
Mr. Sonaike performs individual coaching supporting senior executives to increase their leadership impact and organizational performance. He works through workshop facilitation organizational effectiveness and engagement, team development, performance management, work measurement, and succession planning.
Mr. Sonaike has worked both as an internal and external consultant predominantly with senior executives and middle managers. He is highly focused on facilitating others’ development to enable their career progression, and helping leaders to translate broader business strategies into reality.
Mr. Sonaike’s primary focus is in the financial services sector where he has managed client relationships and led on the delivery of large-scale client projects. He brings expertise across a range of practices areas including leadership development, talent strategy and succession planning, coaching, facilitation, organizational design, work measurement, and job design.
Mr. Sonaike designs and delivers senior-level assessments informing selection, talent management, succession planning, and post acquisition and integration initiatives.
Mr. Sonaike is an experienced advisory consultant supporting organizations to achieve their desired outcomes through a range of organizational effectiveness interventions. He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist having completed his masters in occupational psychology from City University (London), and is qualified through the British Psychological Society on Levels A and B.
