Principal, Global Technology Market
Amie Chu is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s Global Technology Markets practice and focuses on assignments across the digital spectrum, including cloud computing, big data, mobile, e-commerce and security.
Ms. Chu has worked extensively for leading technology companies, ranging from early stage and pre-IPO companies to Fortune 100 companies, to help them recruit general management, functional and C-suite leaders. She has developed deep expertise in the technical functions and has led numerous searches for Chief Product Officers, Chief Technology Officers and Heads of Engineering. She is also a member of Korn Ferry’s Digital Center of Expertise.
Ms. Chu joined Korn Ferry from McKinsey & Company where she was an Engagement Manager based in the Singapore and Shanghai offices. Her clients included leading multi-national companies in the technology, healthcare and retail industries, consulting on topics such as business and digital transformation, growth and market entry strategy, and operations optimization and turnaround.
Ms. Chu holds a bachelors degree in electrical engineering and management from McMaster University in Canada, and received a full scholarship towards a masters of science degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University where her graduate research focused on digital signal processing techniques for real-time imaging.
