Mr. Andrew Lopianowski is a Principal Consultant for Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, based in the Firm’s London office.
With over 12 years of consulting experience, Mr. Lopianowski specializes in helping businesses to align their strategy and operations, build strong leadership, and optimize their talent to drive organizational growth and performance.
His expertise spans the talent lifecycle, including assessment for selection/promotion, leadership effectiveness and development, coaching, performance management, talent mapping and succession planning. With deep knowledge of competency-based frameworks, he has helped companies to define the skills, values and behaviors that differentiate high performance and then to imbed these within organizations though planned culture change, people development and change management.
Having partnered with clients in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia, he has worked across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors with organizations ranging from SMEs to large multinationals. His industry experience includes manufacturing, FMCG, ICT, healthcare, logistics, transportation, as well as local and central government, but his primary focus has been on financial services, technology and life sciences.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lopianowski co-founded and led a consultancy specialising in the delivery of strategy, operations, execution and talent consulting to SMEs. Before that he held a senior position in a global management consultancy, playing a key expertise role internally while managing a number of premier FT500 clients.
Mr. Lopianowski holds a bachelor of arts with honors in psychology from St. Francis Xavier University and a master of science in industrial/organizational psychology from Capella University.
