Andrew Pek is an internationally recognized leader and trusted advisor, working at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and leadership.
His typical client engagements include shaping and executing growth strategies, coaching and cultivating more inventive leaders, and developing work cultures through design thinking.
He also has worked extensively in helping leaders and organizations prepare for and adapt to disruption by building resourceful and resilient organization cultures.
Throughout his consulting career, Mr. Pek has coached many CEOs and senior executives to build more agile and inspired organizations. He brings a strong pedigree and portfolio of success in the consumer products, finance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and retail industries.
Prior to Korn Ferry Hay Group, he formed and built a number of successful consulting boutiques. He also was a partner at a large consulting firm, where he held several global innovation, change management, and marketing roles at various client companies.
In addition to his advisory, coaching, and facilitation experience, he has published several books and articles on innovative leaders and processes.
Mr. Pek has a degree in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts from Baldwin-Wallace University. He is an adjunct professor at the Cornell University Executive MBA program, where he teaches courses on leadership and pioneering cultures.
