Ms. Daraz advises boards and executive management of healthcare organizations on the design of compensation programs and philosophies, variable compensation plans, and governance structures that contribute to enhanced performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
Ms. Daraz develops total reward systems integrating market best practices with the organization’s unique culture, and consults with providers, payors, managed care organizations, associations, and non-government organizations. She designs career ladders and competency models that link selection processes, training and development programs, performance management, and reward systems.
Ms. Daraz has over 17 years of experience in human resources, delivering organization effectiveness, total rewards, and strategic consulting to leverage employee capabilities.
In her consulting career, she has worked across a variety of industries on total rewards design, job evaluation and measurement, competency assessment and leadership and talent development for executives, middle management and staff. She was also a vice president, leadership development for global banking and markets at Bank of America.
In addition, Ms. Daraz has served as an officer of the Indian Air Force, overseeing training and development, discipline and security.
Ms. Daraz holds a masters of business administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a bachelors of science in biology from the JNV University in Jodhpur, India. She is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork.
