Prior to his current role, Bill oversaw client development in the United States, helping to build and maintain key client relationships for the firm's Strategic Talent Acquisition solutions. Mr. Gilbert was also Office Director for Professional Search Atlanta where he was responsible for all aspects of performance, including client relations, search execution and staff development.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Gilbert was with an international executive search firm where he worked with several high-profile clients, principally in the consumer products, health care,  and professional services industries.

Before entering the executive search profession, Bill was Chief Financial Officer of Party America, Inc., a specialty retailer. Previously, he was Chief Administrative and Financial Officer with Treasure House Stores, Inc., a venture capital-backed turnaround. Mr. Gilbert also served as Chief Financial Officer for Silk Greenhouse, Inc. in Tampa. Mr. Gilbert began his career with KPMG.

Mr. Gilbert earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida State University.  CPA (Florida-inactive).
