Ms. Morel-Curran is a recognized expert in executive assessment and development, CEO succession planning, and senior team effectiveness at the top-management level with an impressive track record with Global 200 companies in the consumer goods, industrial, and life sciences sectors.

Formerly based in the Firm's Chicago office, she led the global Leadership and Talent Consulting Consumer practice during a period of tenfold growth for the consulting business.

Ms. Morel-Curran joined Korn Ferry from Capgemini, where she was a vice president and a member of the executive committee for North America. She also headed the firm's North American employee transformation practice, where she was responsible for broad-based organizational change management initiatives, leadership alignment, and workforce performance.

She came to Capgemini through their acquisition of Ernst & Young Consulting (EYC), where she worked with global organizations on change leadership, and multi-country, and multicultural effectiveness programs. She also served as HR director for Europe for the firm.

Her areas of expertise include enterprise transformation management, post-merger integration, competency modeling, executive development, and coaching. Her innovative approach to collaboration and rigorous focus on value creation have resulted in many successful change processes and talent and leadership development initiatives.

Ms. Morel-Curran holds a master's degree in business administration from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, and a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, and international business from the European Business School.
