Mr. Miller's approach to client engagement is not to impose a pre-conceived, ìone size fits allî solution, but rather to take the time to understand the business and needs of his clients, the challenges they and their leaders are facing, and their goals. Using these insights, he then works to ensure that the right solutions are being delivered and in a way that truly fits how each client operates and reflects the goals he has been asked to help them achieve.
With over twenty years of experience in the performance improvement, talent management, and leadership development industry, he has worked with numerous Fortune 500 clients throughout Europe, Asia Pacific, North America, and Latin America, overseeing large-scale global initiatives in disciplines such as corporate and sales strategy execution; profitability improvement, cost containment and team effectiveness; cross-functional/matrix team effectiveness; leadership development and coaching; leadership assessment; sales effectiveness, and CRM adaptation.
Mr. Miller has significant experience working with a wide variety of industries, including consumer packaged goods (cpg), chemical manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, financial services, and professional services. In addition, he has worked across all levels of an organizationófrom individual contributors through to the boardroom.
Prior to joining the Firm, he was managing director of EMEA for BayGroup International and a senior consultant for Dale Carnegie Training. Earlier in his career, he was a senior search consultant for Raymond Karsan Associates, now Kenexa.
He holds a doctor of dental surgery degree from West Virginia University School of Dentistry and a bachelor of science degree in animal and veterinary science, also from West Virginia University.
