Colleen O'Neill is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry and specializes in helping companies manage their talent to optimize individual team and organizational performance.

Ms. O'Neill has more than 25 years of consulting experience in assisting a diverse set of organizations with a wide range of leadership and talent management issues including talent strategy, leadership assessment and development, performance and career management, and linking pay and performance.

Ms. O'Neill is the author of numerous articles on leadership and integrated talent management topics, including her most recent publications: Redefining Performance Management at the Top, in People & Strategy Journal (July 2013), Building the Bench for Global Leadership, in People & Strategy Journal (April 2012), Leadership Challenges for Women at Work, in Chief Learning Officer (June 2011), and Abandoning Pay-for-Performance Myths in Favor of Evidence, in World at Work Journal (1st Quarter 2011).

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. O'Neill held a range of thought leadership and operational management roles at Mercer, including Global Talent Management solutions leader. At Mercer, she was a contributing author to publications on Global Leadership Development, Global Performance Management, Women's Leadership Development, Executive Talent Management, CEO Evaluation, Talent Management Strategy, and Paying for Performance, Colleen has also been a seminar leader and lecturer for various educational institutions and professional societies.

Ms. O'Neill's degrees include a BA in Psychobiology from Oberlin College and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Georgia.
