In her twelve years at Korn Ferry, Mrs. Leinders has worked extensively with Boards, CEOs and senior executives supporting their talent management needs. She has conducted executive searches for organisations in the energy, chemicals, infrastructure and diversified manufacturing space and been a Global Account Leader for SABIC, Saudi Aramco and ADNOC; a role which crosses the firm's full integrated talent management offering.

She specialises in the recruitment and assessment of senior leaders within the Middle East Industrial sector and has placed NEDs, CEOs and senior leaders for multinationals, local conglomerates, start-up operations and PE/Investment firms.

She has also worked with many companies to solve strategic talent and leadership issues and delivered industry benchmark leadership assessment programs

Before joining Korn Ferry, Mrs. Leinders worked for a big four professional services firm and prior to that, she was a Consultant for another international search firm.

Mrs. Leinders holds a master's degree in business administration, with a focus on employee relations from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. She also holds a bachelor degree in Hotel Management from The Hotel School The Hague, The Netherlands.

She is fluent in English and Dutch and has working knowledge of German and French.
