A functional technology leadership specialist, he is responsible for mandates across Europe. His track record of delivery across a range of industry clients covering financial services, industrial, consumer, life sciences and more, provides specialist knowledge of both technology and operational management groups.

David joined Korn Ferry in 2012 from a boutique search firm where he led their IT practice from 2003 until 2012.

He began his search career in 1998 and has since worked on a broad spectrum of mandates from heads of function and business unit to specific transformation and delivery capability. Often working globally, searches have encompassed talent and clients across Europe, the Americas and Asia.

David leads a team of ten across EMEA encompassing Area Leaders, Managing Consultants, Associate Consultants and Researchers.

Many of David's team have recruited beyond their local regional borders, and a large proportion are also bi / trilingual.

He also works very closetful with his counter-part in Executive Search, ensuring alignment and support across Korn Ferry's Technology Officers Practice Search teams. 

Before entering Executive Search, David worked in Brussels for the European Union having graduated in European Studies with French from the University of Essex.
