Debbie Wiggan is a Senior Principal for Korn Ferry Hay Group, based in the firm’s Brisbane office.
Ms. Wiggan works with clients to identify the behavior that leads to outstanding performance within an organization – creating models that can be used for recruitment, training and development, and performance management. She has used job evaluation methodologies to develop reward policy and practice at executive level and across organizations. This includes understanding the impact of benefits, incentives and the entire reward landscape.
Ms. Wiggans has assisted organizations in taking their employee effectiveness findings and improving the climate for employees at different levels within organizations.
For more than 25 years, Ms. Wiggan has worked with organizations to help them deliver improved organizational performance through their people. She has worked on major assignments with a variety of industries including healthcare, energy, mining, water utilities, financial services, service firms, and not for profit organizations.
Ms. Wiggan’s areas of expertise include job evaluation and measurement, workforce planning and sizing, employee engagement and culture, reward, leadership and talent, succession planning, coaching, facilitation, competency modeling, and talent strategy.
Ms. Wiggan holds a master of science in psychology from Otago University after completing bachelor of science with honors.
