Deborah Hall is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry's London office.

Over the last 2 years, Ms. Hall has been a part of the team developing the NBS's executive remuneration practice in mainland Europe while maintaining a significant UK client base. She was also responsible for monitoring regulatory and governance developments in executive pay in mainland Europe and assessing the impact of these for clients.

Ms. Hall advises companies operating in the UK and mainland Europe, listed and private on all aspects of executive remuneration and governance. Deborah's expertise includes the design and implementation of remuneration policies and incentive structures, reporting, corporate governance and investor liaison.

Immediately prior to joining Korn Ferry Ms. Hall's principal clients included Balfour Beatty, Bunzl, Carlsberg, Devro, Ferroglobe, Halma, LSL, McBride, Northgate, St. James's Place, SBM Offshore and Walker Greenbank.

Ms. Hall trained and worked as a solicitor prior to moving to a major accountancy firm's share plans practice to specialize in the design of long-term incentives and wider executive remuneration matters. In her most recent role at NBS Deborah has worked closely with management teams supporting them in the design and implementation of remuneration policies and preparation for remuneration committee meetings as well as being adviser to the committee.
