Mr Drew Hill is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry based in the Firm's London office.

An advisory partner and psychologist with 25 years’ experience, Drew helps CEOs and their teams manage talent and develop new behaviours in complex organizations. Recently, he has:

  • Assessed, developed and coached top teams at Cisco, Microsoft, Unilever, UBS, JPMorgan and Goldman. His work focuses on helping leaders accelerate revenue growth, build risk intelligence and manage succession planning.
  • Supported Europe’s biggest digital transformation at HMRC
  • Developed the data science behind margin growth in the Big 4 - mapping partner DNA, aligning it with the global account management process and improving the penetration of ‘priority solutions’ across regions and service lines. Drew is based in the firm’s technology practice. He began his career at Shell Chemicals before moving upstream to facilitate the Deepwater Horizon accident investigation for BP.

He has experienced the full business lifecycle – from business start-up, to successful acquisition and then being hired by a private equity owner to help prepare for trade sale.

At Korn Ferry, Drew is a global account manager. He is a regular commentator on personality, risk and leadership. He has written or edited several books and provides interviews for the BBC, the Sunday Times and the FT.

Drew is a Chartered Psychologist, a Chartered Scientist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. He read theology at Oxford University, psychology at Queen’s University Belfast and holds a doctorate in psychometrics from Keele University.
