Mr. Schneider brings over twenty years of international operations experience in developing processes that enable enterprise-level client consulting delivery in the area of Talent Management, with a focus on Assessments and Coaching.
Responsible for building and scaling organizational capabilities in assessment, Mr. Schneider provides best-practices, research-based oversight and project leadership. Well-versed in a wide range of personality and ability assessment tools, he advises clients on matters of talent management that directly impact the success of their top leaders. His strong basis in leading manufacturing, financial services, pharmacy, healthcare, and professional services for large global clients enable him to strategically manage these engagements for maximum impact on talent.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Schneider spent six years at Development Dimensions International (DDI), as the head North American operations. In addition to serving clients across a wide range of talent consulting areas, Mr. Schneider built and subsequently managed DDI’s global assessment center.
In prior roles, he led large-scale operational transformations in a number of different industries and held leadership positions in financial services and healthcare organizations. He was consistently recognized for successfully developing innovative systems and processes to enhance profitability and performance.
Mr. Schneider earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Kent State University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Villanova University.
