With a 20-year consulting background, Ms. Jessel‘s professional interests are focused on executive, leadership and high-potential measurement/development, and her multi-disciplinary experience includes assessment, coaching, 360-degree feedback, executive facilitation, performance modeling, and talent strategy.
A truly global citizen, Ms. Jessel has managed and delivered projects for the Firm’s clients in over 45 cities on five continents. An Australian who joined the Firm in 1997, she has held SME and thought leadership roles in Asia-Pac (where she led the coaching practice), EMEA (where she was the global products director), and now the USA (where she has been appointed a Senior Partner). As a result, her industry expertise across geographies is both broad and deep, in consumer goods and services, energy and utilities, financial services, healthcare, retail, technology products and services, professional services, and telecommunications. Her blue chip clients include Chevron, Microsoft, Booz Allen Hamilton, SAP, Mattel, Oracle, Levi Strauss, Johnson & Johnson, Wal-Mart and VISA.
Prior to joining the Firm via PDI Ninth House, Ms. Jessel was an executive consultant for Ernst & Young Consulting in Australia, consulted to Olympic and elite/professional athletes and coaches, and was the co-founder of a highly successful sports HR firm.
Ms. Jessel is a widely regarded subject matter expert in the use of tools and approaches for multi-rater feedback and the measurement of Potential. She is accredited in a range of instruments including the TalentView® suite, MBTI®, Hogan, viaEdge™ (Learning Agility), Decision Styles, The PROFILOR®, and GPI®.
Ms. Jessel‘s postgraduate work focused on transitions across the lifespan, and she holds a graduate diploma in counseling psychology from Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia.
