As a leadership and management consultant, Ms. Omstead has helped global organizations design and implement end to end talent solutions, including enterprise talent strategies, global competency frameworks and assessments, leadership development and enterprise learning strategies, specifically high potential programs and leadership accelerators. Her experience includes achievement of key talent priorities aligned to the business strategy that resulted in significant improvement to both the top and bottom line.

She has worked with organizations almost all areas of talent and leadership consulting. She focuses primarily in the Life Science industry.
