Associate Client Partner
Irene Heng is an Associate Client Partner for Korn Ferry Hay Group, based in the firm’s Hong Kong office.
Ms. Heng has led projects for clients in different sectors and industries including government and semi-government organizations, education, manufacturing, retail, and financial services. She focuses on internal job grading alignment, rewards strategy and policy review, organization development, HR strategy implementation, competency model development, executive capability assessment, guiding development, and assessment centers.
Ms. Heng is passionate in assessing, developing and coaching senior executives and business leaders in the development of relevant leadership styles for effective management of their organization’s climate and hence business performance.
Ms. Heng is accredited in a range of technologies in Hay Group from job evaluation to delivering one-on-one feedback and conducting senior executive coaching on Hay Group’s Talent Q, emotional intelligence and related executive assessment tools. She is experienced with behavioral assessment techniques and she is also an accredited behavior event interview assessment coder recognized by Hay Group globally.
Ms. Heng has over ten years of extensive consulting experience with local and global clients including the government and public sector, family-owned business, and private sector organizations. She works with organizations to help clarify strategy priorities, develop people and organization transformation solutions, and put together human resources implementation plans that support the future organization direction.
Ms. Heng started off her career as an executive trainee and later business manager for a multinational conglomerate before joining their group head office as an HR internal consultant.
Ms. Heng obtained her master’s of business administration from Imperial College Business School, London University U.K. subsequent to her bachelor’s of science degree.
