Ms. Steele is a confidante, coach, and trusted advisor who strives to integrate humor and compassion into her engagements as a business partner.

With nearly 20 years in talent management and human resources, Ms. Steele’s core focus is on contributing to integrated talent management systems that align people strategies with business strategies. She helps organizations identify effective leadership development tools and program design approaches that drive strategic business priorities and organizational change. 

Ms. Steele has expertise in a variety of areas, including competency modeling and implementation, simulation-based assessment, individual coaching, multi-rater feedback processes, succession planning, training and development, and organizational effectiveness. She is also an engaging facilitator who has worked with a wide variety of clients in the USA, Europe, Asia, and Latin America in industries such as energy, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals, as well as various government entities.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Steele worked in Human Resources for Hilti and Zebco. 

Ms. Steele holds a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Tulsa, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wright State University.

She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
