Mr. Turk is the account manager for a global financial services company leading the assessment and succession process for top 900 leaders across the organization. He also leads the change management work for the executive officer of a Fortune 50 manufacturing organization.

Mr. Turk is the executive coach to the CFO of a major Northeast construction company.

Mr. Turk joined Korn Ferry in 1992. His clients include those within the high technology, retail, manufacturing, utilities, and financial sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Turk was the senior vice president of human resources for Boston Financial.

Mr. Turk's consulting work focuses on leading organizational change, executive team development, leadership assessment, human resources strategy, and performance management. He also works as an executive coach to a select group of senior executives.

Mr. Turk holds a bachelor's of art in psychology with a minor in economics from Binghamton University. He received his master's and doctorate from Cornell University in organizational behavior.

Mr. Turk's professional affiliations include the American Psychological Association, Human Resource Planning Group, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
