Assessment Consultant

Mr. Bourke is an Assessment Consultant based in Korn Ferry's San Francisco office.

Mr. Bourke brings over ten years of consulting experience to the firm, having served most recently as a consultant for Dallas-based Bourke Associates. Well-versed in the development and delivery of customized assessment and HR strategies for recruitment and performance management, he serves as a point of contact for designing, conducting, and documenting client-ready assessment analysis, feedback, and coaching for the Firm's Leadership and Talent Consulting group. His primary focus is to ensure highest quality and consistency of executive assessment across a wide variety of psycho-metric, behavioral, simulation, and 360 instruments used for client engagements.

As a founding member of the LTC's Global Assessment Consulting Team, Mr. Bourke has managed and contributed to large initiatives in support of selection, succession, onboarding, and developmental feedback to hundreds of executives across a variety of regions and industry sectors.

In previous roles, he has contributed to developing critical leadership competencies, including conflict management, self-awareness, communications, innovation management, and strategic planning process. He has helped contribute to heightened success of clients in life sciences, health care, government, and non-profit sectors.

Mr. Bourke served as a certified trainer and facilitator, serving organizations such as Baylor Health Systems, Sutter Medical Center, Genentech, Abbott Laboratories, and the Texas Education agency in communications training, strategic planning facilitation, leadership development, and facilitation skills training.

Mr. Bourke has also been a successful entrepreneur and co-founder of Hamilton Schwarzhoff, a San Francisco Architectural Design Studios.

Mr. Bourke earned a master's degree in organizational development from the University of San Francisco, as well as a bachelor of arts degree in music from Syracuse University.
