Ms. Provo is skilled in leading executives through personal and team development, organizational change, and strategy execution. Her unique background combines fifteen years in corporate finance with seventeen years in HR. She has partnered with senior leaders in a variety of industries in the U.S. and abroad, incorporating her own experience as an expatriate. She has spent time in over eighty countries, and clients have benefited from her business perspective and global insights.
Starting with an examination of strategic and operational imperatives, Ms. Provo partners with clients to help them understand how their behavior and actions can impact the implementation of those strategies. Her consultative approach ensures that client leaders are equipped to build the organizational capability needed to address short and long-term business challenges.
Prior to joining the Firm via PDI Ninth House, now a Korn Ferry Company, Ms. Provo held corporate positions in finance and organizational strategy. She was an interim CHRO for Select Comfort, a business finance manager for FMC, a financial analyst for Northrop, and an adjunct professor in the executive master’s in business administration program for the University of St. Thomas. Ms. Provo is frequently sought out for speaking engagements and has been published in numerous journals.
Ms. Provo holds a doctoral degree in human resource development from the University of Minnesota, a master of business administration degree from De Paul University, and a bachelor of science degree in management from Bemidji State University.
