Mr. Calleja is responsible for administering and interpreting Korn Ferry's proprietary Search Assessment† tool, as well as developing job and culture profiles used to benchmark candidates.

Mr. Calleja is a chartered counseling psychologist with over six years experience working in clinical and business settings using a wide range of assessment tools. As a freelance trainer, he designed and delivered skills-based training interventions for public and private health organizations. In business organizations, Mr. Calleja provided regular coaching and consultancy input to sales oriented companies. He also worked as a senior psychologist within the NHS and managed his own private practice in Surrey.

Prior to his doctoral studies, Mr. Calleja was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Malta, where he applied training solutions to help organizations develop junior and senior employees. He also worked in substance misuse rehabilitation, where he developed and managed a semi-residential service for clients in their advanced stage of recovery.

Mr. Calleja has regularly lectured, supervised and mentored clinical psychology doctorate students and sat on viva examination boards for counseling psychology doctorate students at the University of Surrey.

Mr. Calleja earned a doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Surrey and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Malta.
