Mr. Badiola has over ten years' experience of leading CFO and senior finance assignments and has also consulted broadly on organisational and talent development issues affecting the role of the CFO and the finance function.

He brings a significant experience in serving French and International listed and private equity backed Companies by identifying best-in class finance talents to fill a variety of senior management roles across all industries.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2008, Mr. Badiola worked in Financial Audit at Ernst & Young.
