Kasey Harboe Guentert, Manager of Assessment Consulting, leads a team of over ten professional consultants who specialize in delivering selection and development assessments and feedback to Korn Ferry clients from a variety of industries.
Ms. Guentert brings over fifteen years of consulting experience to the Firm. Well versed in the development and delivery of customized corporate competency models and HR strategies for recruitment and performance management, she acts as the point of contact for conducting, analyzing/interpreting and documenting client-ready results of assessments for the Firm’s Leadership and Talent Consulting group.
In past roles, in addition to delivering assessments for selection and development, she has contributed to improved employee performance, reduced employee turnover, and improved hiring accuracy for the heightened success of clients in the life sciences, manufacturing, financial, and retail industries, among others.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Guentert held a range of positions with such companies as SHL (now CEB), Verizon Communications, Sempra Energy, the San Diego Metropolitan Wastewater Department, and ACT. Representative titles included managing consultant, industrial/organizational psychologist, training consultant, and organizational effectiveness consultant.
Ms. Guentert earned a doctoral degree in industrial/organizational psychology from California School of Professional Psychology (San Diego), and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California (Santa Cruz). She is fluent in English and German, and conversational in French.
