Kira Gerbron works closely with Fortune 500 companies to diagnose strategy and leadership challenges and design customized solutions that will help executives to lead, adapt, and innovate in today’s fast-paced business environment.
She advises all levels of leadership and has extensive experience with senior executives and intact teams.
She has designed and curated workshops for executive teams leading transformational change, immersion, and action-learning experiences to support the growth of high-potential senior leaders, and developmental programs to build the basic leadership skills of front-line leaders.
Certified in the Hogan assessment suite, Ms. Gerbron also coaches executives, helping them to grow to their fullest potential through strategic self-awareness. She works across multiple industries including retail, pharmaceutical, and financial services.
Before joining Korn Ferry Hay Group, Kira worked for lululemon athletica in both the community-relations and store-operations departments. As a regional community manager, she was responsible for using grassroots marketing to introduce the lululemon brand in new markets along the East Coast. As a store manager, she was an entrepreneurial owner, managing the store's bottom line and developing leaders through performance management and succession planning.
Ms. Gerbron earned her master’s degree in organizational psychology with a focus in change leadership from Columbia University. She holds a BA in psychology from Yale University, where she was also a member of the women's varsity lacrosse team.
