Leandre Roca is Principal for Korn Ferry based in the Firm's Barcelona office.

Mr. Roca partners with clients in organization projects focusing on the definition and implementation of management systems to optimize and improve the efficiency of their teams and individuals. In this sense, he has a lot of experience in defining and implementing reward processes.

Mr. Roca works on projects related to the design of new organizational structures and implementation of human resource systems in organizations. Most of the time, he is the project manager and has responsibility over other consultants.

Mr. Roca assesses local companies in their HR systems, such as performance management, team and individual assessments, and others related with leadership and talent management processes. His areas of expertise include strategy execution, job evaluation and measurement, workforce planning and sizing, reward, leadership and talent, succession planning, competency modeling, and talent strategy.

During his career, Mr. Roca has designed and defined reward and compensation systems for many clients in Spain, across most sectors of economic activity, such as banking, iron and steel industry, fast moving consumer goods, life science, and for all organization layers such as C-suite, executives, middle management, and technical and administrative positions.

Mr. Roca holds an master's of business administration from ESADE Business School and a law degree from Barcelona University.

Mr. Roca has professional experience as a lawyer while obtaining his law degree.
