Ms. Wells brings 30 years of proven experience in successive leadership roles supporting a diversity of private and public sectors organizations. Her leadership brand is one of courageous collaboration, leveraging strategic thinking, business acumen, and political savvy to strengthen, and when necessary, untangle and re-weave, organizations' human systems.
Ms. Wells’ provides expert talent management consulting services, specializing in leadership competency modeling; talent assessments; success profiles; leadership development; coaching, performance, and effectiveness; and succession management. A tenured and talented program manager, Ms. Wells realizes full compliance and execution of budgets, maintaining and honing profitability, without damaging customer or employee loyalty.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Wells was vice-president of organizational development and corporate learning with BuildTopia, Inc., a web-based residential construction management software company. She also managed and led Oakwood Worldwide’s corporate university. She has served as a faculty member with Virginia Tech University, Marymount University, and DeVry University.
Ms. Wells is a member of the Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network, OD Systems Consortium, and American Society for Training & Development. She also holds several professional certifications for leadership and talent assessments, training management, instructional design, and e-learning.
Ms. Wells earned a doctorate in workplace learning and human resource development from Virginia Tech University’s human development department, a master’s degree in school services personnel and psychology, and a bachelor of sciences degree from Tennessee Technological University.
