Vice Chairman, North America

Lewis Rusen is a Vice Chairman of Korn Ferry's North American Talent Advisory Practice.

Based in Toronto, Mr. Rusen has more than thirty years of experience working closely with Boards, CEOs and management teams across multiple industries. His work is focused on CEO succession and related activities.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Rusen served as Vice-President Organizational Effectiveness with Campbell Soup Company. Based in world headquarters and living in Philadelphia, Mr. Rusen was responsible for setting the strategic direction and successful implementation of talent management programs globally.

Before joining Campbell Soup, Mr. Rusen was an Associate Partner at Accenture. A senior member in the Human Performance Practice, he worked with Fortune 500 clients on talent strategy and business transformation initiatives across North America and Europe. During this time he lived in Toronto, Wilmington (Delaware) and Glasgow (Scotland).

Mr. Rusen began his business career with Hallmark Cards, where he held a variety of roles in field sales, sales management, sales training and business process re-engineering. During his time with Hallmark Cards he lived in Vancouver, Toronto and Kansas City.

Lewis is very involved in community matters at both local and national levels. He is Chairman of Canada's Walk of Fame Board of Directors and a founding member of Ryerson University/Ted Rogers School of Management Advisory Council. He was also a member of the 100th  Grey Cup Organizing Committee.

A frequent speaker on talent issues and leading through change, Mr. Rusen has delivered more than 100 presentations worldwide. He has also contributed to articles in the Globe and Mail, Chief Executive Magazine and Canadian Business Magazine.

Mr. Rusen is a proud graduate from the University of Manitoba, where he earned a Business Degree with Honors majoring in Marketing.
