Luisa Kurtz has over 15 years of professional experience in management consulting, coaching, and facilitation. She has helped a variety of Fortune 500 clients gain a better understanding of topics including diversity and inclusion, customer service and sales, effective management, and leadership techniques.
As a consultant, Ms. Kurtz has served as facilitator, master trainer, instructional designer, developer, and project manager. Previous projects have included the development of training materials, translations from English into Spanish, customization of materials to meet specific client needs, conducting of Train- the-Trainer sessions, development of presentations and facilitation of such. Ms. Kurtz is an expert in media usage in order to disseminate information to employees and gauge material comprehension.
Prior to working with Global Novations, Ms. Kurtz worked as a professional in a retail corporate retail environment. She has held positions in visual merchandising, retail softlines management, retail operations management, field recruiting, corporate recruiting, and corporate training. In her last role, she oversaw the design, development and distribution of training materials for upwards of 270,000 field and support associates.
She has trained individuals in topics ranging from leadership and management techniques, to effective communication. In addition, she has certified individuals to train other trainers. As a consultant, she has worked extensively throughout the U.S., as well as in Mexico, where she has facilitation experience in Spanish.
Ms. Kurtz received a Masters in Human Resources Administration and a B.A. in Telecommunications, Minor in Business.
