With more than 15 years of consulting experience, Ms. Marcus has a passion for accelerating the development and engagement of talent. She is certified in assessments, including viaEDGE and Voices, which support her talent assessment, coaching, and development consulting.
Ms. Marcus also facilitates several of Korn Ferry’s most sought after Inclusion and Diversity programs that help clients implement inclusive leadership practices, which in turn increase organizational effectiveness. Ms. Marcus consults with clients on career development, including research on career paths and the design of onboarding and mentoring programs. She also serves as a subject matter expert on organizational assessments.
Ms. Marcus’s consulting experience includes training and coaching all levels of sales, marketing, and leaders across a broad range of industries including professional services, banking, technology, home building, software, information service, automotive, consumer, financial, technology, education, and pharmaceuticals sectors.
Her professional history includes partnership in a boutique training company, where she conducted needs assessments, developed training curriculum, created case studies, and designed and facilitated programs for both leaders and individual contributors.
Before her foray into leadership and talent consulting, Ms. Marcus worked in the marketing research industry and consulted with clients on their marketing and sales challenges, while managing client relationships and client delivery teams.
Ms. Marcus holds a bachelor of science degree in experimental psychology from Tufts University.
