Matthew Page is a Director Global Client Strategy for Korn Ferry based in the Firm's Washington D.C. office.

Mr. Page serves as an advisor on Korn Ferry's commercial approach across all industry markets and services worldwide. Prior to his current position, he served as a Client Partner within the Firm's North American Association Specialty Practice

Mr. Page's recruitment experience includes projects in the trade association, nonprofit, government, education and health care industries. He has successfully completed searches across a wide functional spectrum, including CEO, COO, CAO, and CFO positions.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Page spent over 10 years in association and government affairs positions, most recently as the director, procurement and workforce policy of the American Electronics Association (AeA), the nation's largest high tech trade organization.

Prior to AeA, Mr. Page was the director, legislative affairs for the Small Business Legislative Council (SBLC), a permanent coalition of small business trade associations. While with SBLC, he advocated before Congress and the Administration on a wide variety of business issues. Mr. Page began his career on Capitol Hill in the office of Senator Dan Coats.

He is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Association Forum of Chicagoland. Mr. Page also sits on the board of the Harlaxton Society.

Mr. Page holds a bachelor of science degree in political science from the University of Evansville.
