Ms. Lazovick has more than 25 years of experience in talent management. Her expertise includes succession management and leadership development with additional specific expertise in sales effectiveness. Her industry expertise includes consumer goods, retail, energy, and manufacturing.
Ms. Lazovick’s strategic approach to client partnerships often leads to broad integrated initiatives that impact business strategy. These initiatives result in organizations that have ready leaders for key roles, especially during times of growth and changing cultures.
Ms. Lazovick has a client first mentality which supports her passions for understanding key business drivers, identifying root causes, clearly defining success factors, and providing creative solutions. Her ability to partner across key stakeholders groups within her clients as well as internally within Korn Ferry allows her and her team to exceed client expectations.
Among her many roles during her Korn Ferry career, Ms. Lazovick has led both the US western sales region as well as the North America sales team. She also created and led the global sales enablement function and still leads the firm’s proposal writing team. Prior to her consulting career, Ms. Lazovick was an internal consultant as well as a special education teacher.
Ms. Lazovick holds both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree from Lesley University. She serves on the Board for the Center for Professional Selling at Baylor University and is an active fundraiser and volunteer for many charitable organizations including Susan G. Komen Foundation, Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
