Mike Lehman is a Managing Principal for Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, based in the Firm’s Washington D.C. office.
Mr. Lehman recognizes that his clients are working in a complex and dynamic environment that is increasingly driven by the need for bottom-line results. He is skilled in simplifying complicated issues and focuses on delivering results.
He specializes in the design and implementation of talent selection, management, and development solutions that are linked to organizational strategies. Mr. Lehman’s range of expertise includes designing performance management systems, competency modeling, selection system design, high-potential development programs, and the creation and delivery of a broad range of assessment tools. He has consulted with a number of Fortune 500 organizations and has supported his clients in over twenty countries around the world.
Mr. Lehman has presented and published on a number of topics important to HR, including the bottom-line business impact of development initiatives, competency modeling, and predictors of turnover in the workplace. He has also served as an expert testifying on the topic of job analysis and issues related to statistical sampling procedures.
He holds a doctoral degree in industrial psychology from the University of Akron, a master of arts degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Montclair State College, and a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Calgary.
