Korn Ferry's North American Industrial Practice is the largest in the world with nine specialized sectors and the broadest suite of talent advisory services in the industry. His clients include some of the world's most recognized organizations and investors.

In leading this team, Mr. Collins partners with clients in the industrial markets to coordinate and deliver talent solutions that enhance performance. Working broadly across the industrials space, Mr. Collins specializes in logistics, distribution and transportation. He previously built the Global Logistics, Distribution and Transportation team which is recognized as having a leading market position by the sector it serves. 

Before joining Korn Ferry in 2012, Mr. Collins worked with a leading global executive search firm for nearly twelve years, initially in the United Kingdom before relocating to Atlanta, where he was managing partner, America's transportation and logistics and ran the Atlanta office.

His early professional experience was at Shell U.K. Exploration and Production, working in the human resources/engineering support functions. Mr. Collins's career continued with Ward Wilson, a boutique U.K. management consultancy firm, where his focus was on developing competency frameworks for senior management at a European blue-chip company. 

Mr. Collins graduated from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh with a bachelor of science degree (Hons) in business and quality management.
