Mr. Goble specialises in conducting Chairman, CEO, NED and Senior Executive searches for financial sponsor owned companies, having led over 100 C-suite projects for portfolio companies. He also provides sponsor coverage to private capital funds and their portfolio companies for Korn Ferry's broad range of Advisory and Executive Search services.

Mr. Goble also has extensive experience of working with distressed investors, creditors and hedge funds, having assisted with Board formation and Executive hires for many high profile restructurings.

Aside from portfolio company work, Mr. Goble has been active in recruiting Operating Partners for private equity firms.

He also assists investors with pre-deal due-diligence and management assessment. In addition, he has extensive experience of advising investors on preparing portfolio company boards for flotation.

Mr. Goble has worked in executive search for most of his career, specialising in the Private Equity market for some 15 years. He joined Korn Ferry following the merger with Whitehead Mann in 2009. At Whitehead Mann Mr. Goble worked in the Private Equity and Board & CEO Practices. Prior to Whitehead Mann he worked in boutique executive search firms.

He has a Master of Arts degree in Music from University College, Oxford University, where he was the organ scholar, and gained top diploma prizes as Associate of the Royal College of Organists.
