Órla NicDomhnaill works with directors, CEOs, and senior management teams at the intersection of strategy, organization, and leadership to enhance culture, performance, growth, and success.
As the head of the assessment & succession practice at Stephenson Mansell Group, she was responsible for creating, staffing, and marketing the practice.
While at another consulting firm, she specialized in CEO succession, high-potential talent assessment, and development (360-degree feedback, development, and coaching) for leaders, teams, and organizations.
Ms. NicDomnhnaill has over 15 years of consulting experience, working with leading organizations and their boards, building board and organizational effectiveness, leadership strength, and senior team alignment.
Her areas of expertise include strategy execution, job evaluation and measurement, workforce planning and sizing, executive search, employee engagement and culture, reward, leadership and talent, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, coaching, facilitation, competency modeling, and talent strategy.
Órla holds a PhD in social-organizational psychology, an MPhil in social-organizational psychology, and an MA in organizational psychology, all from Columbia University. She earned a BA in psychology from University College Dublin.
