Ms. Munshi has significant consulting experience, having worked with clients in the areas of organizational effectiveness, including leadership and talent strategy, culture effectiveness, and organization design.
At Korn Ferry, Ms. Munshi focuses on succession management and leadership development, and is a certified assessor across Korn Ferry’s assessment suite.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was an engagement manager with Accenture Management Consulting, where she was a key member of the talent and organization service line.
During that time, Ms. Munshi specialized in organization effectiveness, working with clients to build effective operating models, develop strong leadership pipelines, and implement high performance organizational cultures. In her last engagement at Accenture, she was the corporate human resources head for a key manufacturing client, where she led the client HR team across HR service delivery areas.
Ms. Munshi started her consulting career with Hewitt Associates, where she was a member of the talent and organization consulting team. In her stint at Hewitt, she worked closely with clients across industries to design and implement HR systems.
She is certified in Voices®, Choices®, viaEdgeTM and Decision Styles.
Ms. Munshi holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has studied human resources management at the University of Westminster, London. She is fluent in English and a number of Indian regional languages.
