Ms Anzellotti has more than 20 years’ experience in sourcing talent for many of Australia’s leading companies and non-profit organisations and joined Korn Ferry company, Futurestep, in 2005. She currently leads Korn Ferry’s Government and Non-Profit Practices and assists with the Education Practice.

She is a trusted advisor to a range of State and Federal government Departments and has conducted a number of prominent executive searches, sourcing global and local talent. 

Ms. Anzellotti has worked on the placement of CEOs and senior leadership roles for Non Government Organisations, Educational Institutions and Government Departments.

Ms. Anzellotti is passionate about the quality of leaders, and is committed to ensuring that the best solution from within Korn Ferry’s suite of services is delivered to clients. This includes responding quickly to policy changes that impact Government Departments, redesigning recruitment and assessment processes within the all three sectors, and developing and designing project solutions.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Anzellotti led the search practice for Futurestep and, before then, she was an Associate Director with an international recruitment firm managing the Human Resources, Legal, graduate Recruitment and Government divisions. 

Patrizia holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
