Reinder is a core member of the firm’s CEO succession practice. A seasoned occupational psychologist, Reinder works directly with C-suites and leadership teams to conduct in-depth insights on the leadership profile of executives.

Reinder helps CEOs and Boards exercise their responsibility through critical organization and leadership decisions.
He is currently based in Amsterdam. Before Amsterdam he lived abroad for 8 years in Norway with his family.
Over the course of his career, he has led advisory and assessment operations in the Netherlands, the Nordics, and Asia and the Middle East for various global leadership advisory firms. He began his career in leadership development and training for the Dutch Ministry of Defense. He then joined The Hague's police department where he trained police officers in deploying the right interviewing techniques.
Reinder holds an MSc in psychology from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. He speaks Dutch, English, German and Norwegian.
