Renato Ferrari is a Senior Principal for Korn Ferry Hay Group, based in the firm’s São Paulo office.
Mr. Ferrari is a solution practice leader in strategy execution, organization design, and strategic workforce planning at KF Hay Group Brazil and region. He has experience in solution themes as cultural transformation, family-owned business, board governance, performance management, building effective top tams, productivity, and customer centricity.
Mr. Ferrari partners with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges. His experience and expertise helps him provide solutions that fit each client’s unique situation to ensure impact, implementation through engagement and long-term success.
Mr. Ferrari works with national and international clients across a range of sectors which include pharmaceuticals, agribusiness, retail, industrial, and hospitality.
Previously, Mr. Ferrari was a customer strategy manger at BASF and a senior consultant at Peppers & Rogers responsible for marketing strategies projects, clients, and channels management, and loyalty programs in major national and international companies in Brazil and Portugal. He also worked at Embraer and at the hospitably sector.
Mr. Ferrari has completed several development programs from educational institutions including: FIA, Dom Cabral and FGV - Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He also has a background on ERP and CRM software implementation. Invited lecturer, he has led development programs delivered in Brazil, Germany, France and USA.
Mr. Ferrari holds a master’s of business administration from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland USA, and has specialization in marketing, customer relationship management and strategy. He graduated in business administration, with six years background in customer strategies (CRM) and twelve years in organization consulting.
