Mr. Basler has a diverse background in business development, consulting, sales, and marketing at both the national and global levels. His experience working with organizations in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, technology, and financial industries affords him a strong understanding of the business issues that challenge various functional areas across organizations.

Working with clients to improve their performance has been the foundation of Mr. Basler's career for the past twenty years. He has worked with organizations to help them improve employee retention, design more effective processes to improve overall efficiency, reduce ramp-up time for new employees or newly promoted employees, improve compliance, reduce manufacturing errors, and improve overall quality.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Basler held corporate positions in business development and sales management. He was a national director of business development at Vertex Mortgage Corporation, a senior director of global sales for LifeSource Blood Services, and an area sales manager for Corporate Express.

Mr. Basler has a bachelor's degree in business management from Eureka College.
