Seongho Lee is a Managing Principal of the Leadership & Talent Consulting business based in the firm’s Seoul office.
An expert in strategic workforce planning, leadership & talent development, organization change, Mr. Lee has more than twenty years of consulting experience in areas of manufacturing, finance, consumer, telecom, and SI/IT.
Mr. Lee’s professional experience has been focused on developing talent strategy aligned with business capabilities, executive coaching and development planning, talent assessment, change management program design and execution, etc.
He also has contributed to various clients to breakthrough challenges of globalization, management of conglomerate, new business lines launching, business optimization and PMI.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Lee was a leader of people & organization change service in EY, A.T. Kearney, IBM, Deloitte and Aon Hewitt.
Mr. Lee received a master degree in industrial & organizational psychology from Korea University and bachelor degree in psychology from the same university.
