Ms. Callison brings over 20 years of experience in creating and implementing broad scale talent solutions to help organizations meet their strategic business challenges. Her proven track record of helping leaders, teams, and organizations to become more effective is driven by her functional expertise as well as her line business experience.
Areas of expertise include organizational assessment, executive leadership assessment and development, executive coaching, high potential identification, executive team effectiveness, and succession planning. She has worked with clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, chemical, consumer products, food service, business services, financial services, professional services, and technology industries. Ms. Callison also has extensive global experience working with leaders in Europe, Asia, and North and South America.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Callison had her own executive coaching and assessment firm. She was focused on the dynamic nature of leadership in emerging markets, and helped organizations to select leaders and develop programs to redefine standards of leadership. She has held senior talent management and organizational effectiveness roles at Johnson & Johnson, Symrise, and Schering-Plough, and has senior consulting experience at Hogan Assessments and Right Management. Prior to her transition into the field, Ms. Callison served as a Regional Director of sales and marketing for VF Corporation for 10 years.
She has deep experience administering, interpreting and providing feedback on a wide range of assessment tools. She is certified in MBTI, NEO, 360 assessment, and is known as a Hogan master trainer and feedback provider.
Ms. Callison holds a doctoral and master’s degree in clinical psychology from Hofstra University in Hemstead, New York and a bachelor’s degree with high honors in psychology and economics from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York.
