Mr. Daniel brings over twenty-five years of experience to his role. He is skilled in assisting organizations in the identification, development, and deployment of leadership talent to drive strategy execution and business results. Large-scale integrated projects with a high level of executive involvement across a wide range of industries are his forte. His experience includes having worked with clients in technology, consumer goods and services, energy and utilities, health care, entertainment, hospitality, and pharmaceutical firms.
Prior to joining the Firm via PDI Ninth House, Mr. Daniel was the manager of education and development at Texas Instruments. His tenure there took him throughout the world designing and delivering assessments, coaching, and leadership development forums. He is also an adjunct professor of organizational behavior at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University where he teaches in the highly acclaimed Executive MBA program. His Executive Leadership class was named by BusinessWeek as one of the top ten EMBA leadership classes.
Mr. Daniel holds a doctoral degree in human resources development/adult learning from the University of Texas at Austin. He also completed post-masters work in educational psychology from Texas A&M University at College Station. Earlier, he earned his master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lamar University.
